NAVACHAR SANSTHAN

When Navachar Sansthan had started work, the organisational workers were bearing all the responsibilities. But now the members of organisations developed as a result of the Sansthan, community members have gradually started going to the organisation members. Under these circumstances Navachar will affect change in the role of its workers and they will nurture, guide and develop capacity of the community from outside. Thus, the manch will work directly for the development of the area and the Sansthan will work as a resource centre to provide services to the community.
